Question: consumer seek by timestamp for C ?

Hi, I notice that there is an member function of Consumer

    Result seek(uint64_t timestamp);

at branch-2.5

Question:
consumer seek by timestamp for C is supported? or any plan to add this feature?

But I could not found something like pulsar_consumer_seek by timestamp in the 2.5.0 release.

@mileschao it only supports java, c++, and python for 2.5.0.

c is not exposed yet. but it should be straightforward to add one. c-go is doable after c interface is exposed. Do you want to try to contribute one?
