Motivation
pulsar-dashboardand its docker image were removed a while ago: #11284 and #11657.This PR cleans up some left over details in our documentation.
Modifications
site2/docs/administration-dashboard.mdpagesite2/website-next/docs/administration-dashboard.mdpagepulsar-manager, which supersedes the dashboard, already has docker compose samples: https://github.com/apache/pulsar-manager/blob/master/docker/docker-compose.yml.Verifying this change
