Modifications
Similar to 15818, the doc changes implemented in #15340 were labeled with the 2.10.1 release after the PR was merged.
This doc PR catches up with the improvements in 2.10.1 docs, as well as fixing a few broken links that missed the time window to inherit from 2.10.0.
