…he#16) Description The PR adds the support to infer if the OOM signal originates from worker vs container. It configures the destination directory accordingly. Changes - Introduce samza_process_type in handle-oom.sh - Default the process type to container if invalid or unspecified allowed samza_process_type are container, worker - Set the destination directory to tmp/samza-worker-oom/ in case of worker or default to tmp/samza-container-oom/

I re-organized some of the website files and created a "Contributor's Corner" that collates all info related to new contributors and committers
Also, updated the merge script with constants to match from the website documentation.
