[Feature] Support relative paths in BanyanDB components #13698

Description
Currently, BanyanDB does not support configuring relative paths. This limitation affects various components that need to reference files or directories in a portable way.
Please add support for relative paths across all relevant BanyanDB components and include tests to cover these cases.
With relative path support, I can define paths relative to the working directory (or another clearly defined base path) and avoid environment-specific absolute paths.
