The python-agent reports an error when starting the service

Bug

• Which version of SkyWalking, OS, python, ?
  skywalking-kubernetes the latest version
  Ubuntu 18.04
  python version v3.6

• What happened?
  I deployed skywalking-kubernetes on my host, and then I installed the apache-skywalking python package through the official
  https://github.com/apache/skywalking-python#from-source-code method. After the installation was successful, I add the following code to the daemon.py of my program:

   from skywalking import agent, config
  if __name__ =='__main__':
       config.init(collector='10.102.249.111:11800', service='commodity')
       agent.start()

then I execute python daemon.py and report the following error:

It seems that there is a problem with the grpc library. I searched google for related issues and there is no corresponding explanation. There is only one (#4917) but it seems to have nothing to do with the problem I encountered. Is this A bug?

@CalbeeMing0530 can you elaborate the actual steps you did, and paste all the logs when you execute make install? I suspect you didn't generate the source codes from Proto files correctly

@kezhenxu94 I have same issue, pip install apache-skywalking python package,
When the project contains the Common directory, the application service fails and the error is reported as shown in the figure. When the Common directory is not included, it worked!
