bin/single-node is outdated, missing newly-introduced micro services #4083
Description
What happened?
bin/single-node contains the docker-compose.yaml that can launch texera using docker compose up.
However, since last release before the apache incubation, Texera introduced several new micro services, including: #3598, #3298, #3857. These services are required to launch the latest texera.
To fix it, we should add the specification of latest new micro services to reflect the latest architecture.
How to reproduce?
Run docker compose up with latest images
