**Propose:** Addresses some visual issues caused by the current layout when the user hovers over dashboard entries. fix #2963 **Changes:** 1. When the user hovers over the item, add transparency to the resource-info (including dataset size, creation time, and edit time) to reduce its visibility. 2. Change the background of the button group to transparent, and add a darker background color and border to the buttons. **Demo:** old list item:  new list item:
