Create separate profiles for Varnish cache in CIAB

This Improvement request (usability, performance, tech debt, etc.) affects these Traffic Control components:

• CDN in a Box

Current behavior:

For running CIAB with Varnish instead of ATS the user needs to manually change some parameters in cache profiles which is not ideal.

New behavior:

Create separate profiles for Varnish cache servers with the right parameters so the user won't have to change the parameters just to run it. With environment variable set for the cache server running the enroller could decide which profile to use.
