Accept timeout is not working for QUIC connections, and connections on handshake state remain forever.

Can you have a try with proxy.config.quic.no_activity_timeout_in

It may work, but didn't you point out that inactive(idle) timeout will be used after handshake?

I've tried both prev handshake and after handshake , it works in both circumstance

I couldn't find the conversation but I'm suggesting adding support for proxy.config.http.accept_no_activity_timeout on QUIC connections.
