• Merge Voluspa [Adds voluspa - a configuration generator #4436]
• C-APIs -> C++ [ ☂ Make C-APIs require C++ compiler #5360]
• Unify the YAML name space
• Review, and update, the cipher suite defaults [Improve proxy.config.ssl.client.cipher_suite defaults #2997]
• Consider turning off TLS v1.1 by default
• Consider removing remaining SSL v3 code
• Run clang-tidy over the entire code base again
