Since Zephyr installation already provides different qemu instances we could remove qemu installation from [RVM](https://github.com/apache/tvm/blob/main/apps/microtvm/reference-vm/zephyr/base-box/base_box_provision.sh). This is a follow up to this PR: https://github.com/apache/tvm/pull/8518
