This PR further migrates more
check_trace(string equality of traces) tocheck_sketch(structural equality of TIR) for the following schedule rules:The only tests that are not migrated in this PR is
MultLevelTiling, which consists too manycheck_traces which could bloat the PR size, so I decided to keep it as a separate one for easy reviewcc @Hzfengsy @junrushao1994
