Thanks @ZihengJiang right now the impl only support one kind of memory scope (layout) let us improve to support multiple, will do a followup review |

Hi, let us sync on this. I will push a few PRs with similar implementations soon. It will include different layout lowering conventions for texture activation and weights. |
