- Correct info line on how far back the data goes. - Set last update time to be in ISO 8601 format. - Change "page last updated" to "data last fetched" as it's more accurate.
- Standarise indents to two spaces. - Remove extra html tag. - Add closing html tag. - Tweak column headers. - Tidy formatting. - Standardise last fetch timestampts to ISO-8601.

Resolves GT-1091
This PR adds a basic home page with info on some of the human readable pages that accessed, as well as fixes some formatting and HTML issues with the existing pages.
