Fix the REDCap surveys & API route

• Modified the httpd configuration to ensure DirectorySlash is On and to set ServerName using only the domain.
• Updated redcap-config.sh to set redcap_base_url using the httpd service name and port.
• Created redcapBaseUrl in _helpers.tpl to generate the correct redcap_base_url depending on whether TLS is enabled or not.

Run Bitnami legacy images

• Added the allowInsecureImages option to the MySQL and audit services.
• Overrode Bitnami images with Bitnami Legacy images in Values.

Typo fixes

Fixed subpath → subPath in Values and values.schema.json.
