Targets .NET Standard now. * converted project files to new sdk format * removed package reference to fundamentals, replace ensure with copy of guard. remove ensure in sample project. * removed assembly info and embed package data in project file * removed old references * added analyzer rulesets * migrated test syntax from machine specifications to pure xunit * updated to net standard 2.0 / net4.8 * removed reference includes in test projects * updated packages * updated readme
