What does this PR do?
Adds the frontend of the Keycloak OAuth Provider implemented here appwrite/appwrite#4660
Test Plan
Open Console Project->Auth->Settings->Keycloak
Keycloak Settings Dialog is shown with Keycloak Endpoint and Keycloak Realm as additional settings
