Without doing this, an interceptor from a different wizard can run when a new wizard is opened causing incorrect validation.

What does this PR do?
Clear wizard interceptor on wizard start and close. Without doing this, an interceptor from a different wizard can run when a new wizard is opened causing incorrect validation.
