FIX: Alignment issues on Permission Card

What does this PR do?

This PR will change the alignment of the "Permission Card" UI and make some adjustments on role and user.

Manual

1. Log in to your Appwrite account.
2. Create a new project.
3. Go to the Databases section.
4. Create a new database.
5. Create a new collection.
6. Go to the collection settings.
7. Scroll down to see the Permission Card.
8. Add a new role.
9. Select either "All Users" or "All Guests".
