- Update base image to alpine:3.18
- Update clamav version to 1.1.2-r0 and su-exec version to 0.2-r3
- Update docker-compose.yml to use version 3.8
- Remove unnecessary services from docker-compose.yml
- Applied small optimizations, and style corrections
