Initialize and deploy the java starter on Appwrite 1.4

👍 Expected behavior

It should build

It seems this import:

functions-starter/java-18.0/src/Main.java

Line 5 in 1ca8711

import java.util.HashMap;

should be

import java.util.*;

so it can also import Map.
