Maybe this fix will not be necessary after Appwrite Cloud version upgrade.
What does this PR do?
This PR fixes Null Value Of Preferences in Team Object which is caused due to version mismatch between Appwrite Cloud Beta and Flutter SDK latest version.
Test Plan
I have checked both the error throwing methods in my own project and both are working fine now.

NO I didn't read it but it is such a small null value check fix.
