🚀 Feature: Add node-typescript URL shortner

As per the main readme URL shortner node-typescript version does not exist. There should be a project which uses Typescript.

🎤 Pitch

A new node project should be created where all codebase is in Typescript and project should give compile time errors if there is any type issue.
