🐛 Bug Report: Privacy and General terms page link invalid

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Go to register page.
2. Click on Privacy Policy or General Terms of Use.
3. 404 Not Found page appears.

👍 Expected behavior

It should re-direct to the correct page.

👎 Actual Behavior

404 Not Found page shows up.
