🐛 Bug Report: "Back to top" navigation is not working #230
Description
👟 Reproduction steps
When reading through the docs and going through multiple sections of each page, the user would sometimes like to navigate back from the top of the page. However the "Back to top" button is not working and the user stays at the same location instead of being navigated to the top of the page.
👍 Expected behavior
The "Back to top" button should navigate the user to the top of the page.
👎 Actual Behavior
The "Back to top" button does navigate the user to the top of the page and the user remains at the same location prior to pressing of the button.
