What does this PR do?
In the website docs section, In some of the code snippets provided, there is an option for choosing the language. But the selection box is not visible. So I fixed it in this PR.

Test Plan
I cloned the repo and set it up in development mode. I made a simple fix in the CSS and HTML template and checked it by running it in localhost.
