doc: add Refine tutorial

What does this PR do?

This PR adds a tutorial and quick start guide to the website for Refine and Appwrite. It was done with the knowledge of @gewenyu99

Test Plan

After adding the Refine icon SVG to the static/images/docs/tutorials directory, I executed the "icons:generate" command to facilitate the use of Refine SVGs in the documentation.

However, I noticed some automatic updates in the encodedCode values for certain icons within src/icons/output folder files.

For instance, the value of $aw-icon-rest changed from "\ea21" to "\ea212" following the execution of the icons:generate command, as seen here:

website/src/icons/output/_variables.scss

Line 34 in 1626379

$aw-icon-rest: "\ea22";

I'm not sure if this will lead to any issues, but I thought it best to bring it to your attention.
