Fix: Year, Developer Cards, Github Stars text

What does this PR do?

• Fixes the current year issue in footer section of Appwrite's website
• Made header of the website look more minimalistic, instead of "Stars on Github", made it "Github"
• Tweaked the DeveloperCard in the testimonial section, added slight transformation of color and size on hover
• Added profile URLs for the developers mentioned in the testimonial

Test Plan

• Checked it on devices of various sizes
• Network tab was working fine
