This PR is really important for the refactoring.
It allows easily to download indexes (
package_index.jsonandmodule_firmware_index.json), and load them.There are also some useful functions to download the tools, the loader sketch and firmware. All the functions will verify the checksums. Tests have been added.
We added also public key used to verify the signature of
module_firmware_index.json
