An Item with the Same Key has Already Been Added

I am struggling to understand how to get even the simplest thing in this program to work. I finally realized I had to make a key file with all my samples and their attributes (a lot of work with over 600 sequences). I attached the Attributes file, parsed node states or whatever, and now it throws an error. It just reads "An Item with the Same Key has Already Been Added". I am following the "display character states" tutorial exactly, but it gives me an error. What am I doing wrong?
