Properly chain into the checker chain for js/css modes. Also check info files. Closes #41.

@xendk, thanks for the flycheck 'drupal/phpcs' checker. It's working great for me under drupal-mode - latest 'development' HEAD. I was able to take the hardcoded: 'Drupal', ) ?>out of my CodeSniffer.conf so I can now use other flycheck phpcs checkers on non-Drupal php files. |
