This pull request introduces an extension to the URL creation endpoint by adding the
upload_idfield to both theGetUploadURLRequestandGetUploadURLResponse. This extension addresses the issue that an upload id generated for a multipart upload has to be provided for the creation of the following upload URLs that are used for the remaining parts.
