First API PR for 1.1.0

This is the first real PR including changes for v1.1.0.

Changelog

  • Add skeleton for bundler service API that allows users to bundle multiple objects into one archive
  • Added CORS support to GetObjectLocation
  • Added method in internal_authorize to get a short-lived user-token via S3creds.
  • Added java-api
