Working towards figuring out structure (assert-rs#19). Instead of mixing things together, leaving them in modules to cleanly separate the two distinct but related parts of the API. BREAKING CHANGE: Top-level types are now in `fixture`.
The errors were only fixture related, so moved them there to better help people navigate the API. This is a part of assert-rs#19.
