KeyCapture - Add REST endpoint for subscribing to keyboard events (SSE) #277

For the AsTeRICS Ergo Grid it would be great to have and REST enpoint where I can subscribe in order to get SSE notifications on keyboard events. This would make it possible to control scanning of the AsTeRICS Ergo Grid independent of browser focus and independent of the deployed model.
