Macbook Webcam not working

On newer models of Macbook (Pro) (which exactly?) the Camera Mouse model does not work as the integrated webcam is not supported.

Solution

Upgrading javacv to version 1.5.2 (which uses opencv 4.1.2) adds support for the camera.
