0.2.14 released but not available

Our release automation published 0.2.14 but it is not available due to a problem with PyPI. Please see astral-sh/uv#4432.

I've reverted 3ce174d in 877ecff and deleted the GitHub release and tag.

Oh gosh it released again despite yanking 0.2.14.

I've temporarily disabled GitHub Actions for this repository and reverted again.
