Adding requirements.txt

Add requirements.txt to facilitate future setup operations.

To do:

• Add PatrickMaul to collaborators (Needed to be able to push)
  • Project Settings > Collaborators > "Add people" button > Add "PatrickMaul"
• Create and fill requirements.txt (pip freeze > requirements.txt)
• Writing a small "How to Install" in Readme

To update the requirements.txt automatically just use pip freeze > requirements.txt :)
