* Draw loaded list of annotations in web browser when page image is loaded. * Use width and height of page image to fix the annotation positioning. * Respect page numbers while saving annotations. * More fine-tuned positioning.
* Add annotation id to HTML elements and broadcast messages when they are created, rendered or deleted. * Remove annotations from page image when removed from sidebar.
