Create a process/workflow for updating and validating datamodel

Using the current datamodel spec (2.0.0):

1. Update JSON Schema
2. Synchronize with OpenAPI definition (@lmarinve to upload the code to sdx-lc)
3. Update sdx-lc to apply the validations
4. Update sdx-controller OpenAPI definition and validation (@YufengXin and @sajith)
5. Document the endpoint flows (@lmarinve)

This meta issue was captured during the all-hands meeting at RENCI. For the actual implementation, we should have some sub-issues in relevant repositories and work out the details.
