Update the app icon on OS X to fit with the new Yosemite UI style

Last had this discussion in #3089. I'm still in favour of the icon in that PR, but alas Github won't take third-party icon updates for licensing reasons. Hopefully they push out a slightly more Yosemite-ish icon soon though. The glassy style really does look out of place in the new OS X.

Ah, I searched for an existing issue but forgot to look at closed ones.

Well, hopefully they'll update it themselves. The GitHub for Mac app icon got a Yosemite treatment, so I imagine they'll do the same for Atom.

The GitHub for Mac icon is beautiful; it would be nice if the Atom icon could get same treatment. Kthxbye.
