Git pane avatar overflowing when not connected to internet

Description

When Atom is not connected to the internet the Git Pane will not display the current user Avatar but instead will display the alt text: Name avatar. The issue is similar to #1528 but in the top section of the Git pane, on the left side of the Git repo picker.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run Atom with no internet connection
2. Open the Git Pane

Expected behavior:

Display only the image not found avatar.

Actual behavior:

Displays the image not found avatar plus the alternate text which overflow over the Unstaged Changes section
