Invalid package created

The following error is returned when generating a packager from scratch:

"/Applications/Atom.app/Contents/Resources/app.asar/src/package-manager.js:387 Could not load wordcount@0.0.0 because it uses deprecated APIs that have been removed."

How to reproduce:

1. Generate the package
2. Link to the package with apm link from within the package directory
3. Reopen atom
4. Open dev tools and you see the error message there

Dug a little.

~/atom/build/deprecated-packages.json has:

  "wordcount": {
    "version": "<=2.2.0",

    "latestHasDeprecations": false
  },

Bumping the generated wordcount package to version 2.2.1 causes the package to load properly. It looks like this is a collision between the existing "wordcount" package at https://github.com/nesQuick/atom-wordcount and the tutorial at https://atom.io/docs/v1.1.0/hacking-atom-package-word-count . Probably the easiest spot fix is to ask the tutorial authors to come up with a new name for the tutorial package like wordcount-tutorial (word-count is also already taken :) ).

Maybe this bug could be turned into a feature request for package-generator to check for a collision before creating a new package.
