What to build
When a project is finalized (status "active" or "complete"), the client's link shows a spec & tracking view instead of the chat interface.
Spec section: Renders the approved spec as formatted markdown. Clean, readable layout — the client is non-technical.
Task tracking: Below the spec, displays each task with a plain-language name and simple status indicator (done / not done). No technical jargon — e.g., "Feature X: Complete ✓" rather than "Issue #42: closed."
No auth: The link remains the sole access method. No login, no account.
