I'm trying to run your tutorial notebook before applying the method to my own work; however, I'm running into problems with the imports in "Part 2: Computing the principal tree". There is an inherent dependency, through trimap, on annoy, which seems to be flawed and uninstallable right now. Do you have a workaround for this or any suggestions?
