I'm leaving this here as examples of how to use these APIs if you want to do something custom but I've decided using IFTTT scripts is a simpler way to do this for most instances.

Alternatively you could also use Buffer to post to many services at once.

Using IFTTT has the minor drawback of needing multiple accounts if you want to use more than one instance of a channel. As in you want 2 Twitter accounts to post to Facebook.

Using Buffer posts on a schedule instead of as things come. It also assumes you want to post to all accounts connected to it. Both of which might be a drawback or a feature depending on your intent.
