CI: Disable Workflow Than Always Fails #6180

Description

@kitsiosk

Issue Description

The workflow Ansible deployment test failed in all of the last 58 runs, after consuming a total of 4 CPU days. These resources could delay other useful workflows in your repository, thus slowing down your CI/CD process and wasting overall resources.

Temporarily disabling the workflow or fixing the root cause can save considerable resources.
To temporarily disable a workflow, go to Actions -> Select the workflow from the left side menu -> Click on the three dots on the top-right corner -> Click Disable.

Additional context

Hi,

We are a team of researchers from University of Zurich and we are currently working on energy optimizations in GitHub Actions workflows.

Kindly let us know (here or in the email below) if you would like more details, if you want to keep the workflow for other reasons, or if you have any question whatsoever.

Best regards,
