Add A/B test infinite loop in TUI

Description

When I run agentcore add ab-test i am stuck in an infinite loop

Steps to Reproduce

1. agentcore add ab-test
2. config bundle
3. Create new gateway
4. Create new config bundle
5. Add another component? Hit continue
6. Hit Enter when review configuration
7. Then it goes back to What type of A/B test do you want to create?

Expected Behavior

After hitting Enter when reviewing confirmation, I would expect some kind of success result

Actual Behavior

After hitting Enter when reviewing confirmation, it ends up bringing be back to What type of A/B test do you want to create?
