Unable to install : requires venv

Ubuntu 24.04 and similar will all fail to be able to follow https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codecommit/latest/userguide/setting-up-git-remote-codecommit.html because

$ sudo pip install git-remote-codecommit

supplying --useris no help.

PEP 668 was applied to most Linux distributions ages ago.

I know. The docs are wrong. Someone who knows Python and this project better than me should fix 'em
